Oh, not a time signature....

great idea...however it seems to take away the /whois feature...and also everytime i hide the list and try to click on the show buddies link it would only say, 'hide buddies' it wouldnt actually extend the list back out... :/

hmm, thats odd. I was only able to test it on one computer. And the whois feature was still working for me (unless you whois someone one your list).

what version of FF are you using?

I use FF 2.0.0.6...I admit, I did not try to /whois anyone that was not on my list that I recall :/ ...should have tried that...however I still cannot get the list to reappear after I hide it, even after reinstalling. Is it the version of FF? I'm current..

Great idea.
However, I find I need the /whois function for one other purpose that is slightly hampered by this script. The other reason I sometimes whois someone is to figure out if there are active or just idling in the channel. (When you see something like "idle: 8 hours 12 minutes 35 seconds" it's a fair bet they aren't in front of the computer.)

My suggestion to fix this small annoyance: If you can add a feature to this script that also shows how long a person on the list has been idle along with the chatrooms they are in when you hover over their name, that would be great.
